I use painting as a form of meditation and there are different exercises we can do with art to retrain our brains. So I tend to overcomplicate things, so when I paint, I like to try to practice seeing things simple which is harder than it looks.

Also nature has always made me feel calm, connecting with the natural world that we come from and that we need to survive is healing for all of us.

So I tend to paint nature or things inspire by nature and landscapes have always been one of my favorite things to paint.
